1. Safety
   • Specially designed delivery trucks to provide propane to your site. The delivery vehicles that we use have been fitted with key safety features not found on standard propane delivery trucks. These features include: low volume pumps, low volume piping, low volume delivery hoses and quick acting excess flow valves. These unique features to our trucks provide an easy to manage flow rate of propane for the cylinders to prevent over filling.
   • Training for your associates. We will train your associates, managers and/or safety personnel on the safe use and handling of propane and propane cylinders. This program can be used as a stand alone safety meeting or Hancock Gas Service can work directly with your safety department to assist them in incorporating the program into an existing lift truck operator program.
   • Training for our associates. Our people who take care of your industrial needs are specifically trained in this field. Our industrial route personnel are dedicated solely to industrial customers.
   • 24 hour emergency service. Should an emergency occur at any time call Hancock Gas Service. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, by people, not recordings.
2. Operations
   • Dependability - Our automatic fuel delivery program gives you the peace of mind of knowing that the propane will be there when you need it.
   • Reliability - Our customers need never worry that we won't have the propane or the equipment to meet their needs. Our reputation as a dependable supplier prohibits that. Every year we contract propane with several major producers in order to cover anticipated demand. These contracts, as well as agreements with brokers, enable us to purchase propane from at least a dozen different locations in a tri-state area.
   • We purchase only top quality HD-5 propane which provides a clean burn and long engine life.
   • Versatile - our customers know that we can meet their special needs. Vapor cylinders for maintenance equipment or additional storage racks for lift truck operator convenience.
   • Repair parts for propane carberation equipment. We have the ability to supply propane fuel system parts direct to your in-house lift truck maintenance center.
